My Little Brother is 25!!!

My little brother, Patrick, turned 25 today. I can't believe that we are this old! We hope that you have a great birthday and we love you!!!

First Time at the Movies!

Last Friday, our power was out. We were so bored waiting on Steven to get off work that we decided to go to the movies. As a reminder, Baylor turned eighteen months old last week so I was unsure as to how well he was going to do being that he had to sit still for over an hour. When we got our tickets and our popcorn, we headed into the theater. We were the ONLY people in the whole theater. The manager brought Baylor a booster seat and some 3D glasses. The only movie that was playing that looked age appropriate was a Disney movie called G-Force in 3D. As soon as the lights dimmed and the movie began, his eyes were as big as golf balls. He was so excited. After the first twenty minutes of the movie, he crawled over into my lap and fell asleep for the entire movie. It was a great first experience!

Baylor's 1st Day of School!

Today was Baylor's first day of school (Mother's Day Out). He had a great day. The whole way home he said, "school, school, school." His teacher said that he was the only one that actually lied down and took a nap, which is funny because that was the only thing that I was worried about. I kept thinking, how in the world are they going to get a room full of 18-24 month old children to lie down on a mat and take a nap. Anyway, Baylor had fun and that makes me very happy!

Shop Til You Drop!

Today we all loaded up in the Yukon and headed to Canton to do a little shopping. It was hot and crowded but we still had a good time. Baylor fell asleep as soon as we got back to the car. We got home just in time to watch the Ole Miss v. Memphis game. Go SEC!
